The Eurovac 1500 range is designed for clearing large bore pipelines and culverts.
These multipurpose units are capable of collecting both wet and semi-dry materials, including heavy items such as bricks, bottles and compacted sewage.
Specifications
High Pressure jetting up to 80 gpm (363 lpm) at pressures up to 2200 psi (150 bar). The pump is driven by an auxiliary engine using rebated diesel fuel in most applications.
High airflow suction up to 4000 cfm (113 m3/min) at suctions up to 15 in Hg. (450 mbar). The positive displacement exhauster is driven from a transfer gearbox mounted in the chassis driveline or optionally by a second auxiliary engine.
Integral clean water and debris tanks each with a capacity of up to 1500 gals (6.82 m3), or optionally 2000 gals (9.10m3) depending on the chassis size.
Rear mounted jetting reel swivels 90 degrees, and carries up to 600 ft (180 metres) of 1 inch nb (15.4 mm) or 1.25 inch (32 mm) thermoplastic jetting hose.
Rear mounted boom swivels 180 degrees and carries 6 inch (150 mm) or 8 inch (200 mm) suction tube.
Acoustic canopy encloses engines and exhauster to reduce noise emissions whilst allowing easy access for maintenance.
Full hydraulic / pneumatic / electrical systems for simple and easy operation.
Full compliment of jetting nozzles and lightweight extension suction tubes.
